Kennia Dely is an experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. She has a strong clinical foundation in conducting comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, managing psychotropic medications, and developing individualized treatment plans for individuals living with mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Her nursing background includes extensive experience in Acute Treatment Services (ATS), Community Crisis Stabilization (CCS), Clinical Stabilization Services (CSS), and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) for alcohol use disorder (AUD) and opioid use disorder (OUD). Through this work, she has gained substantial expertise in caring for patients with complex psychiatric presentations and medically fragile conditions.
Kennia is skilled in supporting individuals through acute crises and collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, safe, and holistic care. Fluent in both English and Haitian Creole, she is committed to providing culturally responsive, patient-centered treatment.
